Week 8

24.03.2025

The whole day was dedicated to the matlab code, poster and discussion writing. We were able to shift the graphs and identify the peaks on the shifted lines. Also the code was modified so that the graphs start from 0 and will get positive and negative fluctuations. However, in such a case the “findpeaks” function cannot identify all the peaks because some of them were below 0. So it was decided to keep the original code where the minimum value corresponds to 0. Then the code was modified further to decompose the sinusoidal graph into the individual cycles and they were plotted on the same axis. The mean and standard deviation values were identified and the overall mean and standard deviation was found.

The graphs were studied further and each cycle was associated with the movement.

25.03.2025

The results section of the tikiwiki website has been further updated and the discussion is still ongoing. The graphs were finalized for presentation in the results section, and work on the poster was continued.

26.03.2025

The day was devoted to the finalization of the all work on the results section in tikiwiki, poster and discussion. The next meeting with the project manager was scheduled and the tasks for the next days (with the feedback of the supervisor):

• Finish tikiwiki website
• Finish and polish the poster
• Finish the discussion section
• Write the future work section so that next interns will be able to continue our work.

27.03.2025

We had the final meeting with the project manager, where we received the feedback for our poster and tikiwiki. So, the day was devoted to finalizing all the work and modifying the poster according to the comment. Also, the discussion is still in progress and the google drive has been modified to submit to the project manager for future work.

28.03.2025

All tasks have been successfully completed. The discussion has been written, the Google Drive has been organized and prepared for submission, the TikiWiki website has been finalized, and the poster has been finished. Everything is now ready for review and submission.
